San Francisco
The Bay and The Wharf
On a chilly, yet bright, weekend, April 6 & 7, 2002, Ken and I decided to play tacky tourists and checked ourselves into the Radisson on Fisherman's Wharf. There are so many wonderful reasons to live in San Francisco. See below for just a few of them.
The first of two boats we toured around the bay in.
The sea lions at Pier 39.
An old Spanish ship we sailed passed.
View of the city. That's the Transamerica Pyramid in the center and Coit Tower all the way to the left.
The view from our second touring boat. This one was much larger and took us all around the bay.
The Golden Gate Bridge.
Yes, it's really this beautiful.
Alcatraz.
The fabulous view from our hotel room. That's the S.S. Jeremiah O'Brien to the right.
Kenny and I in front of the U.S.S. Pampanito.
