Well, you made it. If you are here because you read my book, I hope you enjoyed it. If you haven't had a chance to buy my book yet, feel free to click on any of the links in "My Book" section. You can also read and/or purchase all of my published short stories by clicking the above link: Reviews, Interviews, Short Stories.
Sparkle- The Queerest Book You'll Ever Love took me a year or so of constant writing and editing to complete. It has always been my life-long dream to be a novelist and, voila, here I am. Dreams do come true.
So what would you like to know about me? Here's a little background information: I have a B.S, in Biology from Emory University in Atlanta, where I worked for eight long years as a clinical biochemist. When I turned thirty, I packed it all in, sold my car, broke my lease and moved to the land of my dreams, San Francisco. And this is where I plan on staying.
Now for the personal stuff: I was born in 1966 (you do the math). I live with my incredible husband, Kenny, who I love more than anything in the world. And, strangely enough, he loves me just as much. That's saying a lot, as I'm quite the handful. When I'm not busy writing, I regularly see concerts, plays, comics, etc. I also write about one new short story a week and regularly contribute to more than fifty literary sites, worldwide. I've also had my work accepted in numerous print anthologies and magazines. You can find these in the Reviews, Interviews, Short Stories link, as well.
If there is anything else you'd like to know about me, feel free to click the email link below. Or, you can read my autobiography in the short story "A Jew In The South", which is featured in the anthology: Mentsh: On Being Jewish And Queer. Oh, and please sign my guestbook on the home page as well. I look forward to hearing from you.
Love to you all, Rob |
